And so – why not Easter mice? What better way is there to use up all those Easter eggs? I can’t think of one.
I have been making these for the last few years, and they are a huge hit every time I make them. You just make your favorite deviled egg recipe, put them upside down on a platter and then garnish to look like mice. Radish slices for ears, radish root for a tail and currants for eyes. That’s it to turn eggs into mice.
